Makes / Suzuki
Suzuki was founded by Michio Suzuki in 1909 when the company started life as a weaving loom manufacturer. The first 30 years of the company focused on the development and production of complex weaving loom machines. Following this the company expanded to motorcycles and after half a century started to produce cars under the name of Suzuki Motor Company, Limited.
By the beginning of the 1990s the company had expanded worldwide. Soon after launching their brand in the States they released the Suzuki Samurai which gained a huge following because of the vehicle's ability to drive off-road. Suzuki is an innovative company that is always improving and expanding on current designs - it responds to difficulties in a positive way and always seek to meet the consumer's needs.
